We use a variety of carriers to deliver your packages to you in the best, most efficient way possible! In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order in the timeframe promised, we will contact you to inform you of the delay. When will my order be shipped? Order shipment is based on the time that your order was placed and the receipt of payment from our credit card processor. If you place your order before noon ( GMT for Europe – EST for N. America-) and there are no issues with regards to your payment, then your order should ship that day. If you place your order after noon, then your order should ship the next day. For orders placed after noon on Friday, your order will not ship until Monday. Can I return a product? When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (cooling off period). We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the item to us and we will organise a refund (excluding the return delivery cost). If an item is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund. Does T3 Golf ship on weekends or holidays? T3 Golf’s Shipping Days and Days-In-Transit do not include weekends or holidays! For example, if you pay for an item on Friday before noon and select Next Day Air, on-time delivery will be Monday, not Saturday!!!
